    I smoke Brisket, ribs, pork butts, etc. and know good BBQ when I find it! I’ve been to some well known places around the country & can honestly say this BBQ was as good as it gets. Our group had pulled pork and brisket and both were excellent. Brisket is hard to get right and they served me Champion Brisket.
